SELECTION PROCEDURE
We conduct preliminary
interviews with candidates to determine their background,
skill, competence and verify their past experience,
certificates and testimonials. Stringent medical examinations
which includes psychological tests are done at registered
medical centers. Candidates are sent to government recognised
technical institutes for trade tests. |

After in - depth Interviews, qualitative reports and background
checks candidates are short listed and forwarded to the
clients for their approval /appraisal. If the client wishes
to conduct the final interviews, arrangements will be
made by us. If not, then we will undertake the responsibility
to conduct the final interviews at the client's request.

In cases where media coverage is essential, at the
client's approval we carefully draft the Advertisement
and publish it in the most effective media and area.
Medical examination, Government formalities ie. Immigration
Clearance / Visa Endorsement, Airline Reservation, Arrival
Information, Embarkment. Formalities and Uniforms will
be provided by us on behalf and approval of client.

Selected candidates are required to attend
a comprehensive orientation programme held by us. Lectures
on the local customs, culture and tradition of the host
country and guidelines on the rules and regulations are
delivered and discussed.
