RECRUITMENT PROCESS
In our endeavor to find perfect candidates and offer candidates a good career opportunity based on past achievements and demonstrated potential we have a rigorous selection process which can be adapted to selection at various levels. Points mentioned below are general in nature and Selection is normally customised for every position. In-depth understanding of the client's business,culture and objectives is taken beforehand,the skills and interpersonal characteristics required in a position are defined and identified, and accordingly a comprehensive position specification and job description are prepared.

Phase I
On receipt of a job order, a consultant is assigned to the portfolio. Based on the individual job requirement, potential candidates from our database, personal contacts, industry referrals, and respondents to our advertisements are short listed.

Phase II
Short-listed candidates undergo initial screening by our recrutiment consultants.Our business partners conduct preselection interviews,before sending out the resume's to our office.Our consultants look for the hidden personal attributes and short-list candidates to minimum.

Phase III
The short listed candidates are called for an interview. They are interviewed by our selection panel and the representives of our clients. For skilled categories,the candidates are invited for a trade test to check the authenticity of the trade of the candidates. Customized telephonic/live interview are also arranged if required by the client.

Phase IV
Once the candidates are short-listed and selected by you,a reference check is conducted and the candidates are sent for medical check up in a medical center,which is authorized by the country where the candidates will be placed.

Phase V
On receipt of appointment letters, all required documents are processed as soon as possible. The individual files will be maintained for all selected candidates, which would include all the statutory documents.

Constant co-ordination is also maintained between the client's office and our associates in the respective countries to ensure that the candidates are mobilized in the shortest possible time.

We ensure that both positive and negative decisions are delivered to candidates in a discreet, polite manner, without causing difficulties for either party involved.

Dealing with counter offers, The Resignation Process, Relocation and Personal Issues.

Data Bank
We update our applicant databank in Delhi bi-monthly and insist that our associates do
the same. We have more than 2500 updated CVs on different job categories at all times.

Associate Offices
We actively canvas for the required candidates with our associate offices in more than
26 countries.

Walk-in Candidates
Due to our consistent advertising in the local media, we have regular walk-in applicants,Who are screened for any available positions.

Head Hunting
Specific job categories need head hunting. This is performed through our informal
network of associates locally in diferent Industrial Establishments,Hotels,Hospitals,
Corporate sectors and Technical Colleges.

Interactive Website
Our website is actively promoted on the Internet and usually maintains a top ranking on
the keyword listing. A lot of applications are received from India, Nepal and Indian sub
continent.

Media Advertising
All positions for local recruitment are regularly advertised in leading newspapers of the
country. For overseas candidate requirement, advertisements are placed in the local and
regional media as agreed and after approval from the respective company.

Local Agency Network
A regular exchange of information is encouraged between other recruitment agencies in
the india, Nepal, UAE and the Middle East,with the ultimate motive being satisfaction of
client requirments.
